Cagayan de Oro College - PHINMA has been a fitness junkie this school year! The College has decided to pursue on a fitness session at least once a week (every Saturday) with Catrina "Cathy" Villaver. The participants, who are a mixed of admin staff, faculty and students and some guests, enjoys the rigorous but refreshing routines which they anticipate to make them really sweat out. Their session includes a fast and slow taebo, with a lot of twisting, air punching, and air kicking. Followed by stretching and floor exercises, that mostly targeted their abs and legs. Lastly, they had a bonus round of bellydancing which targeted their lovehandles to get the most of their hourglass shape.
